Rocketseed Partner Program FAQ’s
How quickly can I start earning commissions after joining Rocketseed's email signature software partner program?
As a Referrer, you will receive your reward in four quarterly instalments after the referral has signed up to Rocketseed (subject to settlement of invoices by the referred client).
As a Reseller, you will receive income from month one of signing up your first client.
What resources are available to support partners in referring or reselling our email signature solutions?
Partners have exclusive access to our Partner Portal packed full of marketing materials and sales tools, including brand guidelines, presentation decks, design examples, document templates, processes and much more.
How is customer support handled for clients using our email signature management platform?
As a Referrer, you are not involved in customer support – Rocketseed does it all.
If you are a Reseller, then you will field client questions with Rocketseed supporting you in the background.
Is there a minimum business size requirement to join the Partner Program?
No. Any size business can partner with Rocketseed.
Are there any geographic restrictions in participating in the program? And can a partner sell into any country?
No restrictions. If any client signs your paperwork, you earn the deal. We’ll help you with the correct currencies.
