The Brief
B2W Software expressed they wanted to have the ability to control an email signature, centrally. Not only were they looking for branded email signatures that they could control centrally, but they also wanted to market their products and promote their educational content – especially regarding product integration – to their civil construction industry contacts via their everyday one-to-one emails.
The Solution
Centralized control is standard with Rocketseed email signatures. Once we had designed B2W’s signature to their brand specifications and completed set-up, B2W’s administrator was in complete central control, able to make multiple changes to individual staff profiles and signature formatting company-wide in a matter of seconds. To meet their product and content marketing requirements, we introduced B2W Software to our Campaign package.
With Campaign, they were able to run multiple banner campaigns, assigning campaigns company-wide or – using Rocketseed’s advanced segmentation rules – to specific senders and target audiences. With B2W Software comprising 3 key customer-facing departments (Client Services, Marketing and Sales), Rocketseed Campaign made it easy for each department to run its own specific campaigns, each featuring its own compelling content and most importantly – a clickable call-to- action, with every click tracked, analysed and reported.
The Result
When the right banner campaign reaches the right audience at the right time, the CTR should reflect this. B2W Software created a banner campaign promoting their webinar on ‘Fleet Maintenance & Management’ and – using Rocketseed’s segmentation rules – this campaign was run only on emails sent by Client Services. A total of 664 emails were sent to 483 unique recipients, achieving an engagement of 5%.
B2W’s Sales group have also taken advantage of Rocketseed’s banner campaigns, using them to advertise future construction industry conferences that they will be attending, with the banner call-to-action directing recipients through to event registration. This way, B2W have been able to drive potential clients to key events so they can show them their software solution face-to-face. The example below, shows the banner campaign for the UC19 B2W User Conference. Featuring on 5,582 emails sent to 1,929 unique recipients, the campaign achieved a CTR of 5.5%.
