The Investment Association: Promoting Pride on Every Email

Today, diversity is highly valued because it strengthens social groups. The Investment Association (IA) is committed to making workplaces more inclusive to ensure that LGBTQ+ employees feel welcome, valued and supported. The association also plays a key role in helping companies reach LGBTQ+ talent and build their reputations as LGBTQ+ inclusive employers.

The IA is the trade body that represents UK investment managers. Its 250 members collectively manage £10 trillion of assets on behalf of clients in the UK and around the world. Promoting Pride on Company Email Signatures

One simple way in which the IA has highlighted its support for the LGBTQ+ community has been to convert its logo in its company email signatures into the Pride colours for the duration of Pride month as shown below.
